Janet says: "I just started using yourhomework.com this school year and so far I absolutely love it.  Every day I take a few minutes to update my homework assignments and I post all of the vocabulary lists that we are using in the 'my files' section.  The students love it because they can check assignments and be reminded of important dates.  They also like being able to get the vocabulary lists in advance so they can better organize their time.

During our annual Open House, I printed out business cards with the information about the site.  The parents seemed very excited to have a way to stay on top of their child's assignments.  It's been a positive experience for everyone.

I intend to use the prize money to buy some microphones, headphones and software so that students can practice their pronunciation of French and can have more exposure to native French speakers using the resources on the Internet.  I'm very excited to set up a mini language lab in my classroom.
 
I would like to thank Trend Micro for providing such helpful information about Internet safety.  I have two daughters, ages 13 and 8 who use the computer and access the Internet on a daily basis.  We watched the videos together to help them get a better understanding of the potential dangers that may exist when they are online.  Thank you for providing such a helpful reference.
